यह सूचित किया जाता है कि माधव सत्संग आश्रम ग्वालियर तथा उससे जुड़े प्रमुख व्यक्तियों ने, परम पूजनीय गुरुजनों के आदेशों एवं उनके द्वारा स्थापित उच्च स्तरीय आध्यात्मिक अनुशासन व गरिमापूर्ण मान्य परंपराओं की अनदेखी करके, मनमानी करते हुए अनुशासनहीनता की है।

गलती सुधारने के लिए श्री स्वामी सत्यानन्द धर्मार्थ ट्रस्ट द्वारा उन्हें कई बार दी गई विनम्र समझाईश को भी उन्होंने नहीं माना। इस कारण श्री स्वामी सत्यानन्द धर्मार्थ ट्रस्ट (श्रीरामशरणम्) 8ए, रिंग रोड, लाजपतनगर-IV, नई दिल्ली ने, माधव सत्संग आश्रम (श्रीरामशरणम्) ग्वालियर को 15 अगस्त 2021 से पृथक (असम्बद्ध) कर दिया है।

अर्थात् अब श्री माधव सत्संग आश्रम (श्रीरामशरणम्) ग्वालियर एवं उनके कार्यक्रमों का, श्री स्वामी सत्यानन्द धर्मार्थ ट्रस्ट (श्रीरामशरणम्) दिल्ली से कोई सम्बन्ध नहीं रह गया है।
